Specify your campus account in the format username@campus or campus\username. In some non-Windows systems you can enter the domain name campus and the username in separate fields, but this may not work as expected on all systems (see also #Solving Problems). In macOS only the username without campus seems to be sufficient, but it is recommended to specify campus as well for better reliability.
